11 STEPS TO YOUR BODY PERFECTIONPLASTIC SURGERY IS A MATTER OF TRUST
Realistic expectations, good mental and physical wellbeing, timely planning, professional qualification of the surgeon as well as a correct indication – those are the prerequisites for a great result of a plastic surgery.
We have summarised the procedure in the surgery in the following 11 steps:
Initial Consultation
Our website provides you with comprehensive information about our partner clinics and the possible treatments. For further information, please feel free to contact us via email or phone. If requested, a personal consultation in our office in Dielsdorf can be scheduled as well. This consultation gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and does not bind you to book a treatment afterwards.
Surgery date
During the initial consultation, a preliminary surgery date is discussed. The photos of the “problem area” are sent to the surgeons of the Perfect Clinic in order to determine if the desired surgery can be performed and what is the indication.
Agreement
If you decide for a surgery after the initial consultation by us, please print the Surgery Application Form and the Terms and Conditions and send the signed copy of the form to us via email, mail or WhatsApp. If you wish that we make the travel arrangements for you as well, including hotel booking and/or pick up from the airport, please also fill in the Travel Arrangement Registration form.
Payment
After you have sent us the filled in and signed forms, we will send you an invoice for the agency fee, surgery down payment and the travel arrangement fee (in case you wish us to organise your travel). The invoice is payable immediately upon receipt. The firm booking of a surgery date is not possible without the receipt of the surgery down payment.
Surgery date confirmation
As soon as the invoice has been paid, you will receive a confirmation of the payment as well as a confirmation of the surgery date and all relevant information regarding the surgery. Additionally, we will provide you with your travel information.
Pre-surgery examination
For the pre-surgery examination, you can make an appointment at your general practitioner. We can provide you with the addresses of doctors cooperating with us and performing such pre-surgery examinations, practicing in Zurich, Sololthurn and Biel. The examination should be done not earlier than 14 days before the surgery. In case of a breast augmentation, in certain cases also a mammography is necessary.
Please note:
- 2 weeks before the surgery avoid aspirin and other blood-thinning drugs
- 2-3 weeks before and after the surgery, reduce alcohol consumption and smoking significantly due to possible wound healing disorders
- 1-2 weeks before the surgery, any potential antibiotics treatment should be finished
- No infection on the surgery date
You may also have the pre-surgery examination done in Prague at the day of the surgery, only on workdays until 9am and without a mammography.
For further information, please read the pre-surgery examination instructions.
Arrival to Prague
The most patients arrive to Prague one day before the surgery and are staying one day in a hotel. We can organise a stay in a comfortable hotel near the clinic for you and for your accompanying person. Should you want to arrive by airplane, we can organise for you a pick up from the airport.
Consultation with the surgeon
One day before the surgery or at the surgery day, you will have a consultation with the surgeon. You will be informed about the surgery, the risks and the to be expected results. You can clarify with the surgeon any open questions you may have, that’s why it is important that you prepare for the conversation and write down your questions.
Surgery
You shoul arrive at the clinic at the agreed time, on an empty stomach. If agreed before, the pre-surgery examination will be done. After the assignment of the room, you will be prepared for the surgery.
Return journey
Before the surgery, the duration of your stay will be agreed with the doctor or with us. The duration depends on the extent of the surgery. You should not travel back to Switzerland alone and by car in case of larger surgeries such as liposuction, tummy tuck or breast augmentation. In those cases, travel by airplane, bus or train is recommended. For travel by airplane, please note that a confirmation of ability to fly by the clinic is required if the treatment is visible (especially face treatments).
