Arm Lift
Firmer arm contours for improved body confidence

Firmer Arm Contours
If you suffer from sagging skin on your upper arms, it can affect your body image and your self-confidence in everyday life. An arm lift can help improve the arm contour so that you feel more comfortable in your clothing again and carry yourself with greater assurance.
Sagging skin on the arms is removed through an incision on the inside of the arm. The loosened upper arm skin is lifted and excess skin as well as fatty tissue are removed. In many cases, fat from the adjacent areas is additionally suctioned out.
Depending on the extent of the operation, drainage tubes are inserted and removed after 2 days at the latest. After the operation, a compression bandage is applied, which should be worn for approx. 3 weeks. The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia with a hospital stay of 1--2 days.
