Labia Augmentation with Fat Transfer
Autoaugmentation of the labia majora

Labia Augmentation with Fat Transfer
With advancing age, the fatty tissue in the labia majora decreases, which can cause the labia minora to become more prominent. Although this is medically harmless, it is often perceived as aesthetically bothersome and can affect the overall appearance of the intimate area.
In this procedure, autologous fat is harvested from the abdominal or thigh area and injected into the labia majora using fine cannulas. The operation is performed under twilight sedation and is carried out on an outpatient basis – without a hospital stay.
Aftercare involves small dressings at the harvesting and injection sites, which can be removed after 3 days. Showering is permitted from the second day onwards. Self-dissolving sutures make suture removal unnecessary.
