Dr. Fiker is a member of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně and Esthetic Surgery Society of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně, Czech Medical Chamber and medical chambers in Germany. He spent ten years working in Germany, where he also completed his postgraduate certification.

Dr. Fiker got his medical degree in Prague, spending two years abroad during his studies. One year in northern Italy gave him fluent Italian as well as the opportunity to integrate with the team at the plastic surgery clinics in Gemona and Trieste. He spent the next year in Maastricht, the Netherlands, where he began visiting the nearby clinic in Aachen, Germany, acquiring experience with German-speaking clients as well.

After completing medical school in 2009, he worked in Germany until 2019, completing his mandatory surgical foundations and then spending seven years dedicated to plastic surgery, including reconstructive surgery, reconstructive burn surgery, and surgery of the hand and breast.

He has been attending the Institute for Surgery of the Hand and Plastic Surgery in Vysoké nad Jizerou and gaining experience during his medical studies and afterwards during his medical practice.

He also attends and presents at international conferences.

Once he returned to the Czech Republic he began working at Perfect Clinic, where he operates and offers consultations in Prague and Liberec.
