The GHO-FM Method

The Hair Clinic in Prague uses the GHO-FM method – one of the most progressive hair transplant techniques, suitable for both men and women.

The highly specialised team of medical experts has completed extensive training, either in the Netherlands or at the training centre in Prague.

The GHO-FM method uses micro-needles with a diameter of 0.60 to 0.65 mm. No scalpel is used – the method avoids cutting and suturing the skin.

Individual grafts are extracted from the donor zones (back of the head or sides above the ears) using a specialised needle after gentle anaesthesia.

The extracted grafts are placed into small openings in the recipient area that exactly match the diameter of the extraction needle.

A small part of the extracted follicular unit remains in the donor zone. With a probability of 60–70%, a new follicle regrows at the original site.
