Revision Rhinoplasty

The patient came to the Perfect Clinic after repeated surgeries at other clinics. The pre-operative findings included: deviation of the nasal axis, sunken nasal bridge, collapsed nasal septum, and deformed nasal root and nasal wings. These problems were caused by a poorly placed implant in the nasal bridge area.

Dr. Kufa opted for an open rhinoplasty technique, which was a novelty in the Czech Republic. The nasal bridge was shaped using a cartilage graft from the rib, and the collapsed nasal wings were reconstructed with the help of a graft from the nasal septum.

Instead of a traditional chisel, we used a piezoelectric saw, making the procedure gentler, with less bleeding and swelling after surgery.
